The Uganda Wildlife Tour will take you to the Murchison Falls National Park, Kibale Forest and Queen Elizabeth National Park and the activities to encounter include the Uganda wildlife safari, primate tours in Uganda at the Kibale Forest National Park.

Day1: Kampala – Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast meet the safari guide and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park with en-rote stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking and lunch. Drive towards the park and visit the top of the falls experiencing amazing flow of the River Nile through the marvel rock gorge. Thereafter transfer to Murchison River Lodge or Fort Murchison Camp for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: Half-Board.

Day2: Game Drive & Boat Ride

Dawn game drive looking for the early riser like leopard and lions and other big5 like elephant, buffaloes. More so on the drive you will spot the warthogs, bush back, water buck, hartebeests and many more.  Return to lodge for refreshment and lunch, then after prepare for a boat trip on placid Victoria Nile, upstream, to the base of the fall and seeing hippos, crocodiles and wide variety of birds like the unusual shoe bill stork pelican bee-eater, egret and heron. The boat stops just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron”. Take pictures of the photogenic and majestic Murchison Falls. Return to Lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal plan: Full-Board.

Day3: Murchison- Kibale National Park

Have breakfast and after continue to Kibale Forest National Park where you will arrive in the evening with en-route lunch in any town along the journey. Dinner and overnight at Primates Lodge Kibale/Ndali Lodge/Kibale Forest Camp. Meal plan: Full-Board.

Day4: Chimpanzee Trekking

Have early breakfast, proceed to the Kibale Forest National Park headquarters for briefing about the chimpanzees and other primates, plants, birds, butterflies. Enter into the jungle to search for chimpanzees and expect to spot other primates such as the grey Manageable, pottos, colobus monkeys, bush babies, baboons and many more. Return to lodge for you lunch and in the afternoon you will go for a walk to the Bigodi Wetland characterized with unique flora and fauna like sitatungas in this area. Return to lodge for Dinner and overnight. Meal plan: Full-Board.

Day5: Kibale- Queen National Park

After breakfast we shall embark our safari vehicle to Uganda’s highest biodiversity park – Queen Elizabeth National Park. Reaching the park by afternoon, we shall catch the boat ride on the Kazinga channel. This launch trip is rewarding with excellent views of a number of animals such as hippos, buffaloes, elephants and plenty of birds that characterize the shores of Lake George and Edward. In the evening, go for an evening visit to Lake Katwe for flamingo watching and experience salt mining. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge or Katara lodge, Simba safari lodge or Ihamba Safari Lodge and Mweya Hostel. Meal plan: Full-Board.

Day6: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Dawn game drive to spot some of nocturnal wildlife, big five like lions, buffaloes, elephants, giraffes and other animal and bird life species like bush bucks, water bucks, warthogs, oribi, hyenas, leopards, hartebeest, Uganda Kobs, Egrets, wagtails, swallows, sparrows and vultures respectively with visit the volcanic area of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Observe the salt lakes and extinct craters. Return to lodge for lunch and breakfast and then in afternoon prepare for boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, which water body joins Lakes George and Edward. From the cruise comfortably you can watch aquatic animal species like Hippopotamus and crocodiles since it journeys through their area of concentration, other wildlife and water birds like rare shoe bill stork, pelican bee-eater, egrets and more can be spotted along the river banks. Return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Meal plan: Full-Board

Day7: Queen – Kampala

After our breakfast, we shall embark our safari truck after check out set off for Kampala with our lunch en-route at Igongo cultural centre as we experience the Ankole culture. Another stopover at the equator for lifetime memory photo taking and shop some souvenir’s and snacks .Arriving by late afternoon in Kampala, our safari guide will drop you at your preferred next destination or at airport for your home flight.

3days/2nights to Bwindi impenetrable forest home to half of the remaining endangered mountain gorillas in the world and here nothing like life time memories is experienced after the 1 hour you spend interacting with these great apes typically in their tropical rain forest habitats.
